Our customers manage thousands of initiatives across hundreds of teams, and they need a platform that can make sense of all of it - fast, reliably, and intelligently. That's the core of what this role is about.You'll work on the systems that power Dragonboat's platform - from the ontology that represents a portfolio to the integrations that keep it in sync with the tools our customers already use. You'll also be building the backend foundations that make AI-powered features possible and production-grade.This is a role for someone who takes deep pride in backend craft, wants real ownership over systems that matter, and moves with urgency.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the core platform - the data model, APIs, and services that everything else is built onDesign and build the backend systems that power our portfolio intelligence layer, including data aggregation, scoring, and analysis at scaleBuild and maintain integrations with the tools our customers use dailyMake architectural decisions that will hold up as we growCollaborate directly with product and other engineers to go from problem to solution fastUse agentic coding tools as a first-class part of how you work - not occasionally, but as your default mode
