Collaborate with PMed DAS leads and other functional leads, develop and execute operationally-sound approach and generate actionable outcomes.Shape and enhance efforts in human neuroscience, including promoting research synergies with other areas of R&D, aligned to disease area strategic goals. Drive scientific strategy for translational biomarker development and discovery target validation / MOA projects.Lead the design of clinically translational experiments in collaboration with PMED, clinical leads, or discovery research translational teams that achieve disease area strategic goals.Establish external collaborations to augment internal translational efforts and expand experimental design options.Ensure quality and effectiveness of major project plans within precision medicine through sound design and early risk assessment.Advance clinical translational efforts through alignment with relevant stakeholders and leadership, and navigation of current and emerging business challenges to goal achievement.Communicate scientific expertise and learnings by proactively advising and knowledge-sharing with subordinates, peers, and senior management.Source and leverage relevant emerging scientific trends from inside and outside the organization to keep pace with and advance standards in the field of translational neuroscience.
