Job DescriptionThe Site Operations Coordinator’s primary functions are to execute and manage assigned projects, manage SAP/SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) orders, track and report business metrics, and assist the various function in site operations to execute the management control system. The Site Operations Coordinator will drive multiple projects while working directly with key stakeholders and leaders. Knowledge of the business and ability to work in a matrix environment is key to success. This role is accountable for delivering successful tools and reports to the management control system in place at site.ResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with the site leadership to manage, oversee and support day-to-day execution of the management control system of the plant to ensure and maintain site effectiveness.Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting key communications, preparing, and coordinating business deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), following up on action items from regular staff meetings, and other tasks to help facilitate effective leadership of the organizationCollects, reports, and manages key metrics on established business processes, e.g. Perfect Index, PITs, Performance Healthchecks.Facilitates and arranges for site specific events such as All Employee Meetings, audits, trainings, plant tours, etc.Participates as needed in special department projects.Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Responsible for site communications and SharePoint.Assist with the onboarding of new hires as needed.
