Job DescriptionResponsible for driving market access strategy, inclusive of Payer market positioning and price, for Vyalev.  This position requires positioning and messaging for Commercial, Medicare FFS & Med Advantage, Medicaid, and Federal channels.  This role requires an understanding of the US Payer landscape as well as an understanding of external policies impacting the current US Healthcare model and pricing.In addition, this individual will be required to effectively orchestrate communication and alignment across US Market Access channel teams as well as serve as the subject matter expert for the Vyalev Integrated Brand Team. Additionally, this position requires the ability to leverage data analytics and a strong strategic mind-set in all aspects of running the marketing component of the business.  The individual will be required to provide positive leadership and influences cultural alignment with US Market Access’ ambitious cultural vision.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Lead the access strategy for Vyalev, a unique asset which is contributing to the highest growth BU (neuroscience) within the AbbVie enterprise.Develop payer positioning and pricing strategies for Vyalev with focus differentiated Payer Value Proposition.This individual is responsible for managing price (ASP) over the course of LRP.Formulate and adjust Market Access business plans and actions to achieve PD Franchise business and financial market access objectives and goals.Serve on multiple Joint Commercial Committees to drive market access strategic alignment and business priorities.Manage strategy throughout the brand lifecycle by collaborative leadership on HEOR and RWE needs, gaps, and priorities.Proactively monitor and engage on government and/or payer policy that has the potential to affect access to AbbVie’s PD franchise.Focus on and triangulate market dynamics, constituents’ needs, and business priorities to determine best, market-advantaged course of action.This individual will effectively orchestrate communication and drive strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams such as the Market Access Leadership Team, multiple Brand Teams, Account Management teams, and across multiple HEOR, MOSL, Medical, Reimbursement Advisor Teams, MABI, Finance, Sales, and Government Affairs/Advocacy teams.Encouraging and demonstrating an enterprise approach through best practice curiosity, learning, and sharingThe person will demonstrate a “One AbbVie” mindset and perspective in all strategies.
