Throughout these plans, you will collaborate with Key Accounts and Strategy teams to ensure all efforts align with overarching goals.To succeed in this role, you must be deeply passionate about the F&B industry, always staying one step ahead of emerging food trends and identifying strategic restaurants to highlight in order to maintain superiority over competitors in our selection pillar. You will be based onsite at our Grab Bangkok Office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformStrategic Branding Ownership: Build sub-brands #GrabThumbsUp and Only at Grab under GrabFood to lead nationwide brand awareness and solidify a "Top of Mind" food expert perception among users through integrated marketing strategies and projects.Driven Merchant Growth: Initiate marketing plans to secure new strategic partners and scale the growth of high-quality, exclusive merchants.Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Design end-to-end marketing plans that address main challenges, capture deep user insights, and unlock demand through tailor-made proposals and data-backed strategies.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead engagement with multiple partners to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and take full ownership of marketing projects.Data Accountability: Embrace data-driven decision-making by using advanced analysis tools to prepare insightful reports, evaluate campaign performance, and measure overall success against Goals.Project Management: Lead end-to-end campaigns by supporting the marketing team from planning through to execution, ensuring a smooth implementation and maximum market impact.Budget Efficiency: plan, track, and improve all marketing spend to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
