You will oversees two main functions: Merchant Programmes and Community & Merchant Engagement.This role will report to the Lead, Commercial, Merchant Growth and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformProgramme ManagementWork with the Lead of the Merchant Growth Team to oversee the delivery of merchant programmes that drive product adoption, conversion, and engagement at scalePartner with internal stakeholders to optimise CRM workflows, automation, and self-serve resources to improve merchant experience and operational efficiencyReview and analyse programme performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomesCommunity & Merchant EngagementDevelop outreach strategies through online and offline activations, including events, community groups, and educational projectsLead field sales and outreach teams to accomplish in-market engagement activities and merchant acquisition campaignsBuild partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and external ecosystem partners to expand merchant engagement channelsCollaborate with other teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops) to align outreach initiatives with broader business prioritiesEnd-to-end deal managing (including working with One Grab teams) to achieve growth in merchant accounts
