The Critical Tasks You will Perform:You will provide advanced support and internal consulting to the country management team on all people-related matters, designing and monitoring people policies and processes.You will ensure responsive people services, identify scalable process improvements, and drive people-related projects with relevant stakeholders.You will act as an advisor and change agent, facilitating collaborative conversations and driving workforce planning, engagement, and development initiatives.You will establish People metrics, identify necessary policy changes, and execute actions to strengthen culture and performance.You will oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery through Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
