We curate their experience, recruit them and support them with an excellent rental experience.You will report to the Head of GrabRentals PHV, and report onsite at Singapore Grab Tampines office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformAs the PHV Acquisition and Retention Assistant Manager, you will lead the customer lifecycle strategy across GrabRentals PHV hirer-partners.Ensure consistent high-quality experiences across online and offline touchpointConduct reviews and improve policies and processes to boost customer retention.Manage the customer retention team to ensure smooth daily operations, resolve issues, and handle escalations.Establish and grow new sales channels to support business growth and expansion. Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans and sales guides for new channels and productsOversee the entire sales process, converting inbound leads and managing outbound channels to exceed sales target. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve sales channels, pipelines, and performance.Collaborate with marketing, business, and operations teams to improve revenueManage a team of over 15 members, consisting of both full-time and part-time staff across sales and customer retention functions.
