You will report to a Senior Engineering Manager and work onsite at Grab Vietnam office at Ho Chi Minh City.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformDesign, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications that meet business and non-functional requirementsWrite clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code to solve challenging problems in the Fintech domainCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new featuresParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure proper technical documentation, and facilitate knowledge sharingTroubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing fixes and implementing long-term sustainable solutionsEnsure system reliability and availability through strong observability practices and drive continuous improvements in Operational Excellence; participating in On-Call rotations is mandatoryStay current with emerging industry trends and technologies; leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and improve system capabilities
