You will collaborate with the product, business, and program management teams to ensure delivery of your work.Get to Know the RoleAn AI Agent Developer/Engineer builds autonomous systems that perceive environments, make decisions, use tools, and execute multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention. They specialize in LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG to create intelligent agents that automate complex tasks, such as customer service, data analysis, or software development. You will lead the development of our corporate systems, driving technological advancements and setting the standard for engineering excellence. You will be reporting to Principal Enterprise Architect - Automation and Integration.This role is onsite based in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformDevelop Autonomous Agents: You will design and implement intelligent agents capable of planning, reasoning, and achieving specific goals independently.System Integration: You will connect AI agents to external APIs, databases, and software tools to perform real-world actions.Optimize Performance: You will fine-tune models, improve prompt engineering, and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Evaluation & Testing: You will build frameworks to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and safety.Maintain Guardrails: You will ensure safe operation and proper oversight in automated workflows.
