If you have a user-centric approach and thrive in collaborative environments, then the Grab Design team is the place for you.The Day-to-day ActivitiesOwn Product Design outcomes in a problem space team, lead projects and contribute to problem-solving with the team and their stakeholders; with growing influence on adjacent teams.Ensure we design the right experiences - aligning stakeholders to achieve balanced business-driving user-centeredness.Explain rationales, insights, processes and standards in a compelling and engaging manner to stakeholders.Drive team discovery discussions, workshops and problem exploration activities, facilitating collaboration and idea generation within the team.Own solution discovery and delivery in your problem space team.Apply design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles to guide the team in exploring the problem space.Design impactful new product experiences and features; create end-to-end flows for complex user experiences.Demonstrate consistent, engaging, impactful interaction design by the application of human factors and HCI to complex problems.Contribute to the design system by creating and documenting new components or enhancements to existing components.Leverage prototyping to ensure delivery of seamless and delightful experiences.
