You will offer an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize driver operations across our regional network.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformProcess Optimization: Design and optimize scalable, tech-enabled processes for driver oeprations.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational data and qualitative feedback to identify inefficiencies, surface opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Operations Teams, Cross-Functional Teams, Product Owners, and Vendor Partners to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance, implement best practices, and ensure delivery across countries and verticals (PayOps, Quality, and Training).Project Leadership: Lead key projects to re-engineer processes, introduce innovations, and drive improvements across the driver journey.Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new tools within the team and across markets.Reporting and Accountability: Harmonize priorities, align OKRs, and drive cross-functional accountability to ensure delivery of initiatives.
