About 150 people in total!Get to Know the RoleAs a Senior Product Designer on the Omnicommerce team, you will own Product Design outcomes, practice and quality for a cross-functional Problem Space Team in Dine In and Loyalty experiences for the Grab consumer super app and enterprise/merchant facing interfaces, with influence on adjacent teams. You will report to Designer Manager and work full-time onsite at the Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformLead product design outcomes in your problem space team, and solving problems with the team and stakeholders.Ensure stakeholder alignment in designing experiences that balance business goals and user-centric design.Communicate rationales, processes, and standards compellingly to stakeholders.Own the discovery and delivery of solutions within the problem space team.Apply design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles to guide problem space exploration.Design impactful product experiences and features, and create end-to-end flows for complex user experiences.Contribute to the design system by documenting new components and enhancements.Leverage prototyping to refine and deliver seamless, delightful user experiences.
