Job DescriptionGet to Know the TeamYou'll be part of a fast-growing team driving the success of our Payments business by building strong merchant partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for both our partners and Grab.Get to Know the RoleYou will manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on building strong merchant relationships and driving revenue growth. This includes identifying opportunities, pitching campaigns, and driving adoption of GrabPay and PayLater solutions.You will also support business development initiatives and work cross-functionally to execute strategies. This role reports to the Manager, Key Account Management. The Critical Tasks You Will PerformManage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong relationships through regular engagement with merchant stakeholders.Drive merchant growth by executing promotional campaigns, partnerships, and adoption of GrabPay and PayLater solutions.Identify and resolve merchant issues (e.g., settlement, technical), and provide effective solutions.Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Analyze performance data to develop initiatives that increase revenue and profitability in line with targets.Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for category growth.Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Marketing, Product, Tech) to support merchant needs, including campaigns, integrations, and reporting.Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and other merchant engagement initiatives.
