The successful candidate will contribute to safe, compliant, and operationally efficient airfield lighting solutions aligned with ICAO and local regulatory requirements. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:          Design Management & DeliveryLead end-to-end design management for medium to large infrastructure and aviation projectsPlan, manage, and monitor design deliverables across all project stages (concept to IFC/GFC)Ensure alignment of design outputs with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectivesManage design interfaces across multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated outputs Multidisciplinary CoordinationCoordinate architectural, civil, structural, MEP, systems, and specialist design teamsLead design coordination meetings and interface workshopsResolve design clashes, scope gaps, and interface risks proactivelyEnsure timely inputs and outputs across internal and external stakeholders Quality, Standards & Compliance:Ensure design compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirementsImplement Ramboll quality management processes and design reviewsManage design risk registers and mitigation measuresOversee design change control and documentation management Stakeholder & Client EngagementAct as the primary design interface with clients, authorities, and partner organisationsSupport client presentations, design reviews, and technical workshopsCoordinate responses to authority comments and design approvalsBuild trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Leadership & Team ManagementProvide leadership to design managers, discipline leads, and design coordinatorsMentor team members in design management best practicesReview and approve key deliverables prior to issueFoster collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence Commercial & Business SupportLead proposals, scope definition, methodology, and fee inputsAssist Project Directors with resource planning and programme managementContribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and innovation initiativesPromote sustainable and value-led design consistent with Ramboll values
