REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a centre for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization.As a member of the bridge team you will be responsible for:Carrying out the design/assessment, and review the work of Asst Engineer / Design engineers/Sr Engineer and CAD technicians in the team and maintaining quality of deliverables,Overseeing and troubleshooting the work of bridge design/assessment, guide Assistant Engineers / Design Engineers in carrying out the design/assessment and preparation of the drawings/models.coordination with the design team for project planning/preparation of schedule/WBS and delivering projects to agreed time and budget,Take lead role in preparation of tenders, budgets for the identified projects. Coordinate with tendering team and assist them in finalizing the tender,Develop automation ideas, sustainability schemes/proposals and bringing them to implementation.Should take initiatives to develop design ability of the Assistant Engineers / Design engineers and improve the quality of delivery of the team as whole,mentoring and supervising Asst. Engineers/ Design Engineers and provide inputs to HoD/Technical manager for the continued development of the staff in the team.
