Join our Environment & Health practice and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleWe invite you to bring your knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety into play as you support our robust due diligence and compliance assistance practices in New England. We have offices located in Amherst, Boston, Hartford, Portland and Westford.Your key responsibilities will be:Grow and deliver client-facing health, safety and industrial hygiene services: produce high-quality work, steward client relationships, and identify value‑add opportunities.Lead and execute EHS consulting engagements across diverse sectors (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, extractives, energy, construction, transportation, telecoms, and services).Perform EHS compliance audits and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state and local regulations; assess worker exposures and recommend controls.Develop, implement and improve written H&S programs, policies and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001), including hazard communication, LOTO, respiratory protection, confined space, fall protection, PPE, contractor safety, ergonomics, etc.Conduct incident investigations and root‑cause analyses to drive corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
