Join our HR Digital Products & People Analytics team as a Product Owner and help us deliver seamless, innovative HR experiences.We are looking for a Product Owner for HR Technology with a strong focus on ServiceNow HRSD and Global Payroll. You do not need to be an expert in both Payroll and ServiceNow — experience in either one is sufficient and we will upskill you in the other platform. This is a post-implementation role centered on operational demand management, continuous improvement, and ensuring a predictable flow of enhancements across platforms. The role has primary ownership of ServiceNow HRSD, while supporting workflow alignment with our Global Payroll application (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD and Papaya Global). What you’ll doOperational Product Ownership for ServiceNow HRSD (Primary): Own and manage the ServiceNow HRSD backlog, ensuring a steady flow of incremental improvements.Global Payroll product ownership (Supporting): Manage the backlog for Global Payroll Application (Papaya Global) ensuring enhancements align with business priorities.Lead integration & automation: Work with other HR product owners to optimize processes, integrate systems, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.Drive demand & delivery: Run the demand intake and qualification process, triaging requests and translating needs into actionable backlog items.Collaborate across functions: Partner with HR Process Owners and IT to identify needs, adopt new technologies, and drive digital HR initiatives.Ensure smooth rollouts: Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support HR Operations handovers, and maintain proper documentation.
