Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.· Must know how to close their own calls.· Good communication skills in English . Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.· Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.· Should be flexible working in night shifts.Salary -Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.Immediate joining preferable.
