Job DescriptionDue to increased customer demand for our services, we are seeking to expand our team with an Employment Placement Consultant in North Ryde, working 15-20 hours per week on a casual basis. You will support our clients to locate and place in employment, with a focus on securing job trials and interviews for job seekers. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing tailored and proactive job seeking action plans to support clients to achieve timely and sustainable employment outcomes.Assisting clients with the job seeking process including activities that promote access to the hidden labour market.Reverse marketing to employers to broker job interviews, placements, and host placements.Promoting utilisation and securing SIRA approved vocational support programs with employers (Recover at Work Assist, JobCover Placement Program, JobCover6 Placement Program, Transition to Work)Provide regular updates to Case Managers regarding job seeker activity and progress via a one paragraph summary monthly for inclusion in the progress reportMaintain accurate and succinct records of client-based activity via job seeker activity documents, job logs and iinsight case notes.
