Candidates who view AI tools as optional or experimental are not the right fit for this organization. The Mission: What You'll Be BuildingYou will guide a team building features and services across QAD’s adaptive, cloud‑native platform, contributing directly to customer‑facing capabilities and platform foundations.Lead for the ERP connector layer — making ERA ERP-agnostic with a target of any new ERP onboarded in 1–2 weeks. Your Impact/ What you will be doing: Own the Adapter Library, Canonical Data Model, and Schema Mapping EngineDeliver production connectors for QAD, SAP, Oracle, and InforMaintain and continuously improve the '1–2 week ERP onboarding' methodology — document, test, refineManage a squad of 7 engineers including 1 Staff Integration Architect
