Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Total Rewards & Global Mobility Analyst to join our established HR team. This role sits within a collaborative Total Rewards (TR) team alongside two other analysts, while also serving as the organization’s primary resource for Global Mobility (GM).This is a unique opportunity to combine compensation, benefits, and mobility expertise in a role that has both operational depth and cross-functional exposure. You’ll work closely with TR colleagues, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner teams to support programs that directly impact employee experience and organizational effectiveness.What You’ll DoGlobal Mobility (GM)Manage employee assignments and relocations (domestic and international)Coordinate immigration and visa requirements with external partnersEnsure insurance coverage for travel to higher-risk locationsSupport tax equalization processesTrack employee travel to ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulationsAct as the subject matter resource for GM within HRTotal Rewards (TR)Administer and support compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis (Ontario and Quebec)Support annual compensation review cycles, including data validation, reporting, and analysisManage short-term and long-term disability cases, and coordinate workplace accommodationsRespond to employee inquiries related to pension and benefits programsContribute to continuous improvement of TR processes and programs
