Job DescriptionHow will you make a difference?As an Operations Performance & Data Specialist you will responsible to ensure operational reliability and customer delivery by consolidating data, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional actions. You will act as a key interface between central functions and operational sites, driving performance visibility and supporting issue resolution, particularly in scenarios involving supplier delivery disruptions.What will your typical day look like?Consolidate and validate operational data across multiple Wabtec sites, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timelinessDevelop and maintain standardized reporting tools and dashboards (primarily in Excel) to monitor operational performanceTrack, analyze, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business targetsLead regular performance reviews with operational sites, ensuring accountability and timely execution of action plansPrepare high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendationsAct as a central coordination point to support sites in resolving supplier-related delivery issues impacting customer commitmentsDrive structured follow-up on critical operational topics, ensuring risks and deviations are proactively managedIdentify performance gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives across the networkFoster effective communication between operations, supply chain, procurement, and other relevant functionsWhat do we want to know about you?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in operations, performance management, or data analysis within an industrial or transportation environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsExperience in KPI management and performance governance in a multi-site environmentProven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functionsProfessional proficiency in English (and local language)High level of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detailAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organizationAvailability to travel occasionally La ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
