Job DescriptionThe Nurse provides nursing expertise within the multi-disciplinary team to educate, manage, support, stabilise patients.  The Nurse will ensure Patient wellbeing, assess health needs, develop, implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.  Administer, and record medication according to the medical orders and monitor for side effects along with changes in patient’s condition.
