Job DescriptionLocation: Warsaw, Poland - Relocation it's mandatoryWe are seeking a skilled Process Designer / Flow Architect to design and optimize end-to-end workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda 8. This role goes beyond diagram creation—you will define robust, executable process flows that operate effectively across distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and clarity.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into efficient and production-ready orchestration designs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and own end-to-end workflow orchestration (including happy paths and exception scenarios) using BPMNTranslate business requirements into clear, executable process modelsDefine process boundaries, states, triggers, and interactions (messages, timers, events, compensations)Ensure workflows are robust by handling timeouts, retries, failures, and idempotencyCreate and maintain Process Design Documentation (diagrams, narratives, exception handling strategies, variable models)Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, product, and technical teamsEstablish and enforce modeling standards and best practicesCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate and scalable implementationDefine monitoring, alerting, and KPIs to ensure operational excellenceContinuously improve process design for readability, maintainability, and performance
