Job DescriptionThe Strategic Sourcing Analyst manages RFx’s, suppliers, and collects and analyzes data related to the products and services of the company. The Analyst will develop insight and expertise in the categories managed over time.Supports the team in the procurement of goods and services for technology, travel, fleet, MRO, and facilities to ensure they are in line with the Global Procurement policy.Leads and supports sourcing projects through a formalized process.Supports the development of category strategies and partners with key stakeholders to review policies and procedures related to sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution.Supports indirect cost reduction by negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost savings.Manages the RFx’s process utilizing eProcurement tools.Develops new supply sources where suppliers are no longer competitive.Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.Facilitates supplier relationship and performance reviews to guarantee accomplishments of the business need.Collaborates with Business Units to influence supplier engagement.Reviews supplier reporting to validate contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA)s are being met.Reviews and monitors supplier issues.Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.
