You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to:Maintain up-to-date daily and month-end reports on customer payment statuses.Perform account reconciliations and send periodic customer statements.Track and follow up on action items with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.Escalate disputes or potential write-offs when needed, while ensuring compliance with SGS policies and procedures.Are you a collections expert?
