You will work primarily with clients in the Consumer & Manufacturing industry, as well as adjacent sectors such as Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Public Services. The role offers a blend of account leadership, delivery ownership, and business development, with responsibility for both maintaining and growing key client relationships. Key aspects of the role include: Leading the delivery of complex operational improvement engagements across key client accounts, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, measurable benefits, and strong client satisfaction Acting as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders on topics such as operational excellence, cost optimisation, supply chain performance, manufacturing and process improvement Diagnosing current operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing pragmatic, data‑driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience, and value creation Working with clients to define and deliver end‑to‑end improvements across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working Owning and growing key client accounts by identifying follow‑on opportunities, shaping client roadmaps, and contributing to long‑term account development strategies Supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial shaping, and client presentations Contributing to thought leadership and capability development within the Operations & Improvement team, sharing insights, tools, and best practices Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture Our team is based in Stockholm, and you will work predominantly on client site. Travel may be required, but we are committed to working with qualified candidates to understand and support flexible working patterns.
