Job DescriptionAre you someone who is tech savvy, highly motivated and has experience with delivering educational activities?Fantastic opportunity for an administration super-star to run our flagship Science and Road Safety Show for primary schoolsEnjoy highly flexible work options, professional growth opportunities, and a host of NRMA employee benefits including fuel, groceries, travel and lifestyle discounts.What You’ll DoThe Program Administrator, Community & Education role is a full-time permanent opportunity for you to support the Education Team in delivering superior service delivery through activities such as content creation for the Primary School online and face to face programs, oversee daily administration of the face-to-face primary program, occasional cross team administrative assistance, reporting, and some compliance & governance work.This role is a hybrid work opportunity where you will be required to work across our Sydney Olympic Park offices with occasional onsite work in metro schools and travel within State as well as work from home. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of the NRMA Science & Road Safety live presentation programEstablish and maintain positive relationships with primary school communities across NSW and ACTManage relationships with the external distribution company and Fizzics Education to ensure the delivery of educational resources to schools to support the NRMA Science & Road Safety ProgramImplement EDM campaigns for the Science & Road Safety programs throughout the yearActive involvement in bstreetsmart and other community activationsSupport compliance processes by managing Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and other school required documentation, including following up outstanding compliance information to ensure validityWork closely with the Program Manager to develop and update educational content (both online & face-to-face), transition face-to-face content into online modules, maintain implementation timelines for new modules, and provide ad hoc administrative supportProvide comprehensive administration assistance including preparing and processing invoices, accounts and documents, maintaining records, files and dataAssist the Senior Manager with month end operational reporting and provide general administrative support to the wider Community team as required.What You'll Bring5+ years demonstrated experience in AdministrationExperience in delivering educational activitiesPrimary teaching qualifications and experience with a knowledge of education industry and frameworks (preferred not essential)Intermediate to advanced understanding and skills with Office 365 applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of organization and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and keep track of multiple processesHigh attention to detail with the ability to work with discretion and confidentialityTenacity to follow up and close off allocated tasksDemonstrated ability to participate positively in a team environmentValid Working with Children CheckCurrent Australian Driver’s LicenceWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
