Job DescriptionCreate an impact and leave lasting impressions in this hands‑on, guest‑facing role.Work, play and find your balance in a workplace where every day feels like a holiday.What you’ll do:In this casual role, you’ll delight our guests with your warm smile, upbeat personality and ability to think on your feet. You’ll ensure every guest is greeted genuinely, checked‑in and checked‑out efficiently, and supported throughout their stay. You’ll also handle incoming calls with confidence, showcasing your knowledge of our accommodation options, facilities and resort experiences. Our team works across a 7‑day roster, with Reception open between 8am and 6pm.
