We are seeking a Systems Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure and systems that support the operations of our managed services clients in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. What you'll do: Provide level 3 systems support for all SMB customers. Troubleshoot complex systems and infrastructure issues for SMB. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve problems within customer infrastructure environments. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, infrastructure, and procedures. Occasional paid overtime work to support service availability. Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their technical development and professional growth Provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and customer engagement strategies. What you'll bring: Proven experience as 365 Cloud and Azure specialist.    Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues. You will be able to remain calm and articulate, providing clear explanations of the problem and preventative measures.  A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure that all technology is functioning optimally. A positive attitude and can-do mindset, fostered by your proven track record of helping others resolve technical issues.  Networks experience is advantageous. A strong knowledge of ticketing systems would be advantageous.  Microsoft and other industry certifications.  Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change.  A personality where everyone knows that when you take on a task whether it’s huge and scary or tiny and boring, you’re going to see it through to the best of your ability.
