Strong understanding of open banking API architecture including API packaging, pricing tiers, developer documentation, technical integration governance, and cybersecurity controls in API-enabled environments. Familiarity with SAMA regulations governing open banking, digital payment licensing, sandbox frameworks, and non-objection submission processes for new digital financial products. 10 to 12 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated digital banking product or transformation role spanning retail and business customer segments.
