Dispensing all prescriptions received each day with accuracy and efficiency Supporting the clinical team with day‑to‑day operational tasks Following dispensary procedures and meeting internal quality and accuracy targets Working effectively in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment Meeting individual and team performance targets to support business goals Taking ownership of prescription labelling and ensuring accuracy at all times Collaborating with key teams across the business, including customer service, purchasing, operations and pharmacists Contributing to a positive, friendly and supportive working environment Who are we looking for? Must hold an NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant qualification Confident with numbers and comfortable using IT systems, Able to prioritise workload, stay organised and work accurately under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates initiative, proactivity and a positive approach to problem‑solving Experienced in working within a highly accurate, fast‑paced environment Familiar with working to legal, ethical and professional standards Holds GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above What happens next?
