Creative Strategy & Testing Turn ICP insights into creative direction Understand B2B buyer psychology Design with: Attention hierarchy Clarity of message Strong CTA placement Support A/B testing across creatives Iterate based on performance data 3. Collaboration with Marketing & Growth Work closely with marketing and demand gen teams Align creatives with: Campaign goals Messaging frameworks Funnel stages Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming Improve creatives based on performance feedback 4. Scalable Creative Production Manage multiple projects and deadlines Build reusable: Templates Creative systems Asset libraries Ensure consistent brand quality across campaigns Improve speed and efficiency of creative production 5.
