Present tailored solutions based on property type and portfolio size. Clearly communicate value, ROI, and service benefits. Build urgency while maintaining a consultative approach. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM records for all deals and interactions. Track deal stages, follow-ups, and next steps consistently. Ensure pipeline visibility and reliable forecasting. Must-Have Experience & Skills 2 + years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales (non-negotiable). Proven track record of closing deals (not just setting appointments). Strong understanding of property management services, pricing, and client expectations.
