POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Sales Development & Account Executive (DACH), you will own the full outbound sales process, from defining ICPs, prospecting, and generating leads to conducting demos, preparing proposals, and closing new business. You will work closely with the CEO, Marketing, and Professional Services to identify opportunities and strengthen INPLAN’s presence in the DACH region. STELLENBESCHREIBUNG: Als Sales Development & Account Executive (DACH) verantwortest du den kompletten Outbound-Prozess – von der Identifikation relevanter Zielkunden über die gezielte Ansprache bis hin zur Durchführung von Demos und dem Abschluss neuer Projekte. Du kombinierst SDR-typische Aufgaben (ICP-Definition, Kampagnen, Outbound, Lead-Qualifizierung) mit AE-Verantwortung (Demos, Angebote, Verhandlungen, Closing). Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem CEO, Marketing und Professional Services zusammen, um unsere Marktpräsenz im DACH-Raum weiter auszubauen.
