Sigma Defense is seeking an Enterprise Quality & Compliance Analyst to help develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes, ensuring products meet applicable standards through data collection and analysis, non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and inspection. The hired candidate will collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve the cause of issues, and lead or contribute to efforts to develop and integrate processes and workflows. Strong ability to navigate and use Microsoft Applications for document management, team collaboration, data analysis, communication, and general computing tasks. Strong experience with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Access, OneNote, Visio, Project, and Publisher is preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field of study. Degree may be supplemented by industry certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (QCE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Six Sigma (Green Belt). Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Quality Management System Implementation. Auditing and Compliance. Process Design and Documentation. Data Collection, Tracking, and Reporting. Change Control / Document Management. Risk and Governance. Operational Support and Training. Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually.
