Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher. Education Requirements (one of the following): High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 8 years of specialized experience. Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in Business or similar field of study + 4 years of specialized experience. Computer Programs/Software: Microsoft Office Suite. Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive): Calendar Management: Maintain, edit, and deconflict the schedules for the CC, DO, ADO, SEL, 1st Sergeant, and shared workspaces like the command conference room. Field all squadron taskers from the 319 OG/319 RW assigned via the Task Management Tool. Publicize taskers to appropriate parties or action officers. Assist in package review and submission through the TMT program. Use and prepare documents in accordance with regulations and policies regularly. Prepare and submit paperwork in a timely manner as coordinated with the unit commander. Oversee the coordination of document packages for review/signature from Commander up to Operational Group CC and Reconnaissance Winge level CC. Provide support to CSS and private orgs with morale events, distinguished visitor itineraries, base programs, and official ceremonies. Provide a bridge in communication with other tenant commands and the NAS base leadership. Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
