Quality & Design Alignment: Experience working closely with QEs to define acceptance criteria and Designers to ensure functional requirements match the user experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to identify "high-value" items to ensure the team stays focused on priorities that move the needle. Tooling: Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to spot bottlenecks in the process and suggest ways to improve ticket cycle time and flow. Ways of Working Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Embedding Best Practices: A passion for continuous improvement and helping the team adopt leaner ways of working. Self-Driven: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with little supervision to get the job done.
