Performance Reporting: Assist in tracking the progress and performance of high-impact strategic initiatives and projects across various digital verticals. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with operational stream leads to gather accurate performance data, ensuring all business units are tracking effectively against their targeted outcomes. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Performance and Planning? Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in business performance management, strategic planning, or business reporting, preferably within the digital or tech industry. ·       Qualification: Master/Bachelor ’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics/ Advance Analytics Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in tracking business metrics, evaluating performance data, and translating complex information into clear operational narratives. Reporting Expertise: Proven experience in building, automating, and maintaining effective data reporting frameworks and management dashboards. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of digital business models, operational KPIs, and structured business planning processes. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present performance tracking and business data clearly and concisely to management and strategy teams.
