Position Overview The Public Relations & Digital Manager will be responsible for building brand equity, visibility, and desirability for Charlotte Tilbury in Indonesia through impactful PR strategies and strong digital presence. This role will drive brand storytelling, media relations, influencer engagement, and digital campaigns to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Public Relations & Brand Image Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with global brand direction and local market needs Build and maintain strong relationships with media, editors, KOLs, and influencers Manage press releases, media coverage, product seeding, and PR events Ensure consistent and premium brand image across all PR touchpoints Influencer & KOL Management Identify, engage, and manage key influencers and content creators Drive impactful influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and credibility Monitor and evaluate KOL performance and ROI Digital & Social Media Strategy Lead digital strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing aligned with brand identity Drive engagement, follower growth, and conversion through innovative campaigns Collaborate with e-commerce team for online activations Campaign & Launch Support Support end-to-end execution of product launches from PR and digital perspective Localize global campaigns to resonate with Indonesian audience Ensure strong online and offline buzz for key launches Performance & Reporting Track PR value, media coverage, and digital performance metrics Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies Provide regular reports with actionable insights Stakeholder Management Work closely with marketing, retail, and education teams Manage external agencies (PR, digital, influencer) Act as key PIC for PR and digital initiatives locally Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in PR and/or digital marketing (beauty/luxury preferred) Strong network with media and influencers in Indonesia Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media growth Strong storytelling and communication skills Creative, trend-aware, and highly proactive Fluent in English (written and spoken)
