Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and financial reporting. Previous audit experience is an added advantage. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
