Drive sales growth for Solar O&M contracts and solar PV performance improvement projects Identify potential projects involving plant upgrades, system optimization, equipment replacement and performance recovery initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear internal updates and professional client interactions. Demonstrated responsiveness and professionalism when engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams. Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required. Possess valid car driving license and able to travel.
