You will take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution, working closely with content, development, and marketing teams to deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic Conduct advanced keyword research aligned with business goals and search intent Lead on-page and technical SEO optimizations (site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals, etc.) Perform detailed SEO audits and implement actionable improvements Collaborate with content teams to create high-ranking, SEO-optimized content Manage backlink strategies and authority-building campaigns Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities in SERPs Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital agencies Proven success in improving rankings, organic traffic, and conversions Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, schema markup, crawling/indexing) Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members is a plus
