Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified B2B leads Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target accounts Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate activity tracking Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging Consistently meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, email outreach, and meeting quotas Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria and ensure smooth handover to closing teams Continuously refine sales scripts and outreach tactics based on performance data 3–4+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline building Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Experience targeting decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise companies Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft) is a plus Fluent English (spoken and written)
