This role is ideal for someone with 3–4+ years of agency-side account management experience who understands the pace, structure, and expectations of working with multiple clients and cross-functional marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts within a marketing agency setting Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to execute campaigns Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and briefs Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations 3–4+ years of account management experience within a marketing or digital agency (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, content) Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment Experience handling international clients (UK/US markets preferred) Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
