Job Summary We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation / Growth Marketing to lead and execute high-impact demand generation strategies for B2B clients. This is a fractional, contract-based remote marketing role ideal for a senior-level growth marketer who thrives on building scalable pipeline engines, leveraging AI-powered marketing workflows, and driving measurable revenue outcomes. You will work closely with content, sales, and leadership teams to transform thought leadership into high-converting campaigns, while optimizing the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with client revenue goals Build scalable, full-funnel marketing systems across awareness, acquisition, nurture, and conversion Design integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth Leverage AI tools and marketing technology to improve campaign efficiency and velocity Campaign Management & Execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (including LinkedIn performance marketing) Create high-converting lead magnets (reports, whitepapers, industry insights) Implement account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS) strategies targeting high-value prospects Develop structured sales prospecting and lead nurture programmes Collaboration & Alignment Partner with content teams to convert thought leadership into revenue-generating assets Align closely with sales, recruitment, and business development teams Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to execute campaigns Marketing Operations & Automation Build and optimise marketing automation workflows and nurture sequences Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms effectively Continuously optimise landing pages, funnels, and campaign performance Analytics & Performance Track and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead volume, and ROI Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and engagement metrics Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance Must Have 8+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing Proven success in building and scaling demand generation engines that drive revenue Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS) Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch marketing funnels Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Preferred Tools & Tech Stack Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo CRM platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, dashboards, attribution tools)
