Role Overview The Real Estate Virtual Assistant will support the client by managing CRM data, handling communications, assisting with social media posting, and helping maintain consistent client engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of real estate admin tasks. This role will start at 20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities CRM Management Maintain and update client records in the CRM (Lofty), including birthdays, anniversaries, and client notes Ensure client information is organized and kept up to date Track and manage the client database and sphere of influence Client Communication & Follow-Ups Monitor and organize the agent’s inbox Assist with responding to emails in a professional and natural tone Follow up with clients and contacts as directed Help maintain consistent communication with past and potential clients Social Media Support Upload reels and content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business (content will be filmed by the agent) Add appropriate hashtags and ensure posts comply with real estate advertising regulations and housing disclaimers Marketing & Client Engagement Upload client property information to Homebot for property updates and appraisal reports Assist with sending client milestone reminders such as birthdays and anniversaries Coordinate sending cards and reminders to nurture relationships with the client’s network Administrative Support Help keep workflows organized and ensure tasks are completed on schedule Assist with general real estate administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Required Previous real estate experience (Real Estate VA, transaction coordinator, or real estate admin support) Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to write emails and messages that sound natural and professional to clients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently Preferred Experience using Lofty CRM or similar real estate CRM systems Familiarity with Homebot or property update platforms Experience supporting real estate agents or brokerages Ideal Candidate Traits Proactive and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong sense of professionalism when communicating with clients Why Join This Opportunity Work directly with a growing real estate business Opportunity to become a long-term trusted partner to the agent Part-time role with potential to grow into full-time
