Key Responsibilities Mid-Level Developer (5–8 Years) Design and enhance Maximo applications to align with client business requirements Customize workflows, MBOs, automation scripts, and UI components Develop and maintain BIRT reports (COGNOS is a plus) Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders Participate in low-volume ticket support and bug fixing (20%) Adhere to ITIL-aligned change and incident management processes Senior Developer (8–12 Years) Architect and lead custom Maximo solutions and integrations Develop complex BIRT and COGNOS reports for enterprise reporting needs Design and manage integrations via MIF, REST/SOAP, or ESBs Mentor mid-level developers and conduct code reviews Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders Provide occasional support and advanced troubleshooting Skills & Experience Required 5+ years of hands-on Maximo technical development Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Strong skills in automation scripting, MBO customization (Java), and App Designer Proficiency in BIRT reporting; familiarity with COGNOS preferred Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs Exposure to support environments and incident resolution workflows Working knowledge of ITIL processes Preferred (Especially for Senior Candidates) IBM Maximo or MAS certifications Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems Strong command of SQL, Java, and scripting languages Integration with ESBs, WebMethods, or custom-built connectors
