Proven experience within the offshore industry, particularly in roles related to vessel operations. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment and contribute positively to crew dynamics. Flexibility to work within the conditions and schedules typical of offshore operations. Good communication skills in English. Additional / vessel‑specific requirements may apply , such as: Scandinavian language proficiency HMOB proficiency
